BrainTech IT was founded by technology professionals who’d spent combined 40+ years working inside large organisations, watching small and mid-sized businesses struggle to get the same quality of IT support and strategic thinking that big enterprises took for granted.
The pattern was frustrating and avoidable. SMBs were getting reactive support, opaque invoices, and advice that was built around the vendor’s margins rather than the client’s needs. We built BrainTech IT to close that gap.
